CrewSpec is beta software, provided as-is while we build with founding crews. Expect rough edges; tell us when you hit one.

AI estimates are drafts. Every line item and flag requires review and confirmation by a qualified estimator before it goes into a bid. You are responsible for the bids you submit.

Your documents stay yours. Uploading a spec book grants us only the rights needed to process it for your account.

Fair use: don't upload documents you don't have the right to use, and don't attempt to access another company's data.

To the extent permitted by law, CrewSpec's liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.
