What we collect: your account details (name, email, company) and the documents you upload — spec books, drawings, and the estimates generated from them.

How we use it: to run your account. Your documents are processed by our AI provider to generate your estimates and work orders, and for nothing else.

What we never do: sell your data, share it with other contractors, or use it to train models across companies without your explicit consent.

Deletion: ask and we delete your account, documents, estimates, and derived data. Backups age out on a fixed schedule.
