Isolated per company
Your documents and estimates are scoped to your company. We build as if every tenant were a competitor of every other tenant — because in this trade, they often are.
Encrypted in transit
All traffic runs over HTTPS. Production data is encrypted at rest, and API keys live server-side only — never in the browser.
Never shared, never sold
Your documents are used to serve your account — not shared with other contractors, and never used to train models across companies without your explicit consent.
You can always leave
Export your data anytime. Ask us to delete your account and we delete your documents, estimates, and everything derived from them.
